Musgrove House is a new, luxurious contemporary Bed and Breakfast within easy walking distance of Chichester city centre.

The house has recently undergone a complete refurbishment from the basement to the roof and we hope we have achieved a good balance between a home away from home and a bit of a treat with the result.

We are extremely proud to have achieved a four star AA rating with breakfast award within our first few months of opening, and hope that your stay exceeds expectations! We tried to think of all the 'niggles' we have encountered in B&B's ourselves and make sure they could not be found at Musgrove House!

We have a regularly changing installation of artwork by photographers and artists throughout the house; we now have Fine Art photographs by London based photographer Nick Clark mounted in all the rooms.

With three fantastic en-suite rooms and off street parking for your cars, motorbikes or bicycles, your stay should be as easy, comfortable and free of stress as possible.

Musgrove House B&B is located just to the east of Chichester, a Roman city famous for its magnificent Cathedral, and attractions such as the Pallant House Gallery and the Real Ale and Jazz Festival. We are a 10 minute direct walk to the city centre, and only about 15 minutes walk from the train station. Chichester Festival Theatre with its many world famous shows (many of which such as Enron and Yes Minister, have transferred to London’s West End) is roughly a 20 minute walk from the house.

Gatwick and Southampton airports are within 45 miles of Chichester for visitors from abroad, and the train from London takes around 1hr 40.

Musgrove House Bed and Breakfast is perfectly placed for Goodwood, being within 3 miles of the motor circuit where the Revival and Festival of Speed are held, and only 6 miles from the racecourse for Glorious Goodwood and other racing events.

The surrounding area offers the South Downs National Park, beaches, castles, cathedrals, country houses, gardens and estates in the most beautiful settings. Nearby attractions include Fontwell Races, Fishbourne Roman Palace, West Dean Gardens, Weald and Downland Open Air Museum, Arundel Castle, and Bosham, a picturesque village with a stunning mediaeval church where King Canute’s daughter is supposedly buried.
